Biofuels Digest Index advances to 73.14 in 4th straight session gain

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rose for the fourth consecutive session, gaining 0.30 percent to 73.14 as advanced biofuels surged again.  For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) rocketed up 6.29 percent to $10.31, while KiOR (KIOR) dropped 1.35 percent to $4.37 — both after earnings announces. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) jumped 3.81 percent to $3.00  Overall, declines led advances 7 to 6 for the day.
