Biofuels Digest Index edges up to 73.21 as advanced biofuels gain

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rose for the fifth consecutive session, edging up 0.10 percent to 73.21 as advanced biofuels gained again. For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) escalated to $10.82, while Ceres slipped to $2.28. Among other equities, Verenium (VRNM) fell to $2.14. Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
