Spain opens up biodiesel imports to all countries of origin

In Spain, the National Energy Commission has changed the import rules again for biodiesel, now allowing biodiesel origins from any country and not just those within the European Union. The new rule also includes a new grace period during which demonstrating sustainability will be high suggested but not mandatory.
