Pannonia Ethanol blew the whistle on Platts’ energy pricing

In Hungary, Reuters reports that Pannonia Ethanol blew the whistle on Platts’ energy prices reporting to the European Commission which led to the surprise searches at Shell, BP and Statoil as well as Platts last week. Pannonia started asking questions when it tried to secure access to Platts’ market on close prices and kept getting the run around.
