Poet halts corn deliveries at Indiana plant but continues ethanol production

In Indiana, Poet halted corn deliveries last week at its plant in Alexandria as it dealt with a maintenance issue but is expected to start receiving corn again this week. Despite the halt in corn deliveries, it continued to produce ethanol at the 68 million gallon facility. Reuters reported the story in response to grain traders saying the plant had shut down.
