South Africa to release biofuel incentive scheme proposal before July

In South Africa, the Department of Mineral Resources and the Treasury are at last moving forward on the implementation of the country’s E2 and B5 blends which should be implemented sometime this year while a proposal for a proposed incentive scheme should be on the table by the end of June.
