RFQ launched for biofuel facility in Surrey, BC

In Canada, Partnerships British Columbia has released an RFQ to invite interested parties to submit their interest in, and qualifications for, the Surrey Biofuel Processing Facility Project. Based on these Responses, the City of Surrey intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, a shortlist which the City anticipates will be no more than three Proponents to be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competitive Selection Process, the Request for Proposals stage.
