Zambia to start importing ethanol from Zimbabwe’s Green Fuel

In Zambia, the government has signed an MOU with Zimbabwe’s Green Fuel to import ethanol, in a turn of events contrary to the company’s insistence that it would not export because the fuel it produced was for Zimbabwe. The imports are a short-term solution to supply the country with ethanol until its ethanol plant at Nakambala Sugar Estate in Mazabuka comes online.
