First leg of Brazilian ethanol pipeline opens

In Brazil, the first leg of the long-awaited long-distance ethanol pipeline has opened, with the section between the Terminal Terrestre in Ribeirão Preto and the Refinaria de Paulínia receiving its first batch of hydrous ethanol. The 24” pipeline covers a distance of 206km.
