Task force set up to determine future of New Mexico’s B5 policy

July 9, 2013 |

In New Mexico, the question surrounding the state’s long-standing but never-implemented B5 blending mandate is set to be decided by a task force. The multi-stakeholder task force will look at pricing triggers, and the availability of biodiesel, the latter of which the petroleum industry claims has been the main challenge to implementing the blend.
