Biofuels Digest Index edges down to 72.17 as advanced biofuels slump

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, edged down 0.17 percent to 72.17 as advanced biofuels slumped. For the day, OriginOil (OOIL) rocketed up 29.63 percent, while Aemetis (AMTX) gained 5.00 percent $0.42. Among other equities, Biox (BX.T) plunged 14.71 percent to $0.58. Overall, declines led advances 8 to 7 for the day.
