Foreign investors duped for $2 million by New Generation Biofuels fraudsters

In New York state, a Lichtenstein-based investment company is suing the former CEO of New Generation Biofuels in federal court for “duping” it out of $2 million with claims that the company’s technologies were patentable and worth $11 million, but patents had already been rejected as far back as 2007. The former CEO already settled with the SEC for $900,000 after December suit claiming securities fraud.
