Biofuels Digest Index tumbles to 66.02 as advanced biofuels weaken

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, tumbled 2.97 percent to 66.02 as advanced biofuels weakened.  For the day, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) plunged 14.36 percent to $12.94, while KiOR (KIOR) re-plummeted 5.68 percent to $2.49. Among other equities, Gevo (GEVO) recovered 2.94 percent to $1.75. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
