White Energy to re-open Plainview ethanol plant by Oct. 28

In Texas, White Energy plans to open the Plainview Ethanol Plant by October 28 after being mothballed since January. The facility will now also produce ethanol from locally grown milo and sorghum, rather than just corn imported from the Midwest. About 40 employees will be hired to work at the plant.
