Ethanol producer teams with oil company to offer E10 and E20 at the pump

In India, the Purti Group has signed an MOU with Essar Oil and 25 entrepreneurs to set up 50 gas stations selling E10, along with snacks and cold drinks. Plans are in the works to also offer E20 as soon as the government sets the fuel standards. Purti already produces 120,000 liters of ethanol per day and will soon boost that to 200,000 liters.
