France wants first generation biofuel capped at 7%, not 6%

In France, the agriculture minister says his country will fight for a 7% limit to first generation biofuels in Europe, up from the 6% approved by the European Parliament last week and the 5% proposed by the European Commission. France is currently using 7% biofuels in its fuel market.
