Villagers upset by different odor settlements from Ensus

In the UK, payments made by Ensus to nearby villagers as a result of complaints from odors wafting from the ethanol plant in 2010 have varied between 533 pounds and 1,000 pounds, a discrepancy villagers have just discovered and are none too happy about. Attorneys developed a calculation for how much residents should receive depending on their distance from the plant, but at least one who lives nearby feels shortchanged because it got the lower amount.
