Dow teams with ERB on second co-gen plant at ethanol mills

In Brazil, Dow Chemical is hosting a $109 million 46MW co-generation facility at its ethanol plant in Minas Gerais in its second venture with Energias Renovaveis do Brasil. The plant will come online next year. ERB is also building a biomass-powered plant at Dow’s Santa Vitoria ethanol mill under development with Mitsui.
