In Illinois, rainy weather is keeping corn from being harvested, which mixed with low ethanol supplies and an additional 2 cents to the price of RINs means that the discount of ethanol to gasoline continues to narrow. The discount settled nearly 5 cents tighter at 87.58 cents per gallon on Tuesday.
