Indian ethanol tender fumbles again due to late start

In India, sugar mills only offered 620 million liters of ethanol during the most recent supply tender by the oil marketing companies, despite need for 1.335 billion liters. The volume was meant to supply the coming months of the E5 blend but also fill the gap from the previous tender as well. The weak response to the call for offers was a result of the delay in launching the tender.
