Bipartisan congressmen send letter to CFTC chairman over RINs

In Washington, a bipartisan group of 13 congressmen from Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota sent a letter to the chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, following on a letter sent by senators last month, seeking an investigation into what caused the recent increases of RIN prices by 2900%.
