October 30, 2013 |

In Minnesota, OSHA has accused United Ethanol of 15 safety violations that may reach up to $140,000 in fines. The investigation came on the heals of an accident in April where a worker was killed after being buried in a grain silo at the company’s Milton plant. Included in the list of violations were five “serious” violations and one “willful” one which is the most serious because it is viewed as intentional.
