Iowa governor stumps for biofuels amidst Washington debacle

In Iowa, governor Terry Branstad has been lobbying the White House and other top level officials including the Secretary of Agriculture and the EPA Administrator hard in an effort to protect the RFS for 2014. He believes that the federal government needs to stand up against the oil lobby and protect the industry that is providing jobs to rural communities.
