Newly revived Coschocton ethanol plant surpassing production milestones

November 12, 2013 |

In Ohio, the newly re-launched Three Rivers Energy in Coschocton County is already hitting its milestones set for its two month mark just one month after coming online. The new owners hope that the more efficient production practices along with experienced management will help the integrated biorefinery be more successful this go-round. It had been mothballed since December 2008 after opening its doors in February that year. Plans are for it to produce 45 million gallons of ethanol at full capacity.
