Guyana thinking about E10 policy after successful ethanol trial

In Guyana, the prime minister’s office is exploring legislation for an E10 blend, a move that would support the country’s struggling sugar industry. Potential expansion of sugarcane area would take place in the intermediate savannahs so as not to compete with existing cane production. The pilot ethanol plant, supplied by Green Social from Brazil, has so far been a resounding success.
