ADM says ethanol margins good enough to boost production despite RFS

In Illinois, ADM’s CEO says that domestic ethanol production could reach 14 billion gallons thanks to good margins, regardless of the fate of the RFS. Thanks to growing corn inventories, ethanol margins are at their highest since 2009. She said that cheaper corn and ethanol prices will also likely show fuel retailers that financial viability of installing E15 pumps as well.
