Vessel booked at $80 to ship Maple Ethanol’s fuel to Europe

In Peru, the Bochem Antwerp vessel has been booked at $80 per ton to transport 17,000 metric tons of ethanol from Maple Energy to Europe, with arrival set for mid-December. Already the company has sold more than 36,000 cubic meters of ethanol to Mitsui for trading into Europe, slightly less than what was produced during the year to August. The facility can produce 130,000 cubic meters annually.
