Indian sugar mills tired of waiting for OMCs to settle on ethanol sales

In India, sugar mills are losing confidence in the ethanol tender process because it has been four months since the tender to source ethanol for the 2013/14 E5 blend was opened and not a single liter of ethanol has yet been contracted. OMCs are trying hard to wheedle down the price paid to mills as offers this time were higher than during the first tender.
