EPA’s RFS director says must find other ways beyond blending to boost demand

In Washington, EPA’s director responsible for the RFS says using ethanol above 10% is not feasible for oil refiners so the agency must find other ways to boost biofuels use rather than at the pump. The director told the Senate Environment and Public Works the exercise is an attempt to support the RFS in the long term and says the Obama administration continues to support the policy.
