Madagascar getting ready for ethanol policy release after year-long delay

In Madagascar, the government is preparing to release its ethanol policy after more than a year’s delay. Already private sector companies have been planting sugarcane in anticipation of the policy, but are getting anxious. Clean cooking is going to be one of the main users of ethanol, with a biocooker project already under development.
