New E85 station in the Netherlands having hard time getting buyers to fill up

December 19, 2013 |

In the Netherlands, the new Pump Palace near Presse that opened the end of November is having problems because customers are filling up with unleaded when they think they are filling up E85. E85 is 10 cents per liter more expensive than regular unleaded. The facility offers pumps with LPG in addition to E85 and charging for electric vehicles.
