Ethanol prices continue to fall while discount to gasoline grows

In Illinois, ethanol prices continue to dip as corn prices fall the most drastically since 1960, making production more viable. Prices slipped up to 2.8% and were at $1.91 per gallon at midday on Tuesday. Ethanol’s discount to gasoline also continues to fall, up nearly 3 cents at 87.56 cents per gallon.
