Lincoln Terminals seeking permission for ethanol and biodiesel terminal in VA

In Virginia, Fredericksburg City Council will hold a public hearing this month regarding Lincoln Terminal’s desire to set up ethanol and biodiesel storage and distribution, as well as gas. The 10.2 acre site currently hosts a propane distribution facility. Lincoln Terminal plans to invest $7 million to set up the six-tank facility and the propane facility would be relocated to another county if the project gets approval.
