Zambia Sugar signs MOU to build ethanol plant by 2017

In Zambia, the government has signed an MOU with Zambia Sugar for the company to build a fuel ethanol plant to serve the domestic market. Zambia Sugar is still analyzing production costs and doesn’t plan to have a solid proposal ready until June next year but it says it could have ethanol production already online by 2017.
