Heavy rains force Zimbabwe to rein in E15 plans

In Zimbabwe, rains have reduced ethanol production below estimates, which has in turn forced the government to keep the blending mandate at 10% rather than raising it to 15% as previously planned. The policy move is only a temporary move, however, until sufficient ethanol can be produced and stored to ensure supplies for the E15 blend.
