Malaysian biodiesel exports not seen affected by lower RFS

In Malaysia, even if the RFS in the US gets watered down, it’s not expected to have a major impact on palm oil biodiesel exports. Malaysia’s biodiesel exports soared in 2013 to 161,192 metric tons from just 28,983 tons the year before but the vast majority goes the EU and Asia, representing 75% and 23% respectively.
