Virginia city authorities OK $7 million terminal project

In Virginia, the Fredricksburg city authorities have approved the proposed storage and distribution facility for gas, biodiesel and ethanol at the former Quarles Petroleum site. Preliminary approval was granted last month for the proposed $7 million investment by Lincoln Terminals but the period gave the opportunity to voice any concerns regarding the project.
