On the move in the bioeconomy: Elevance, Heliae, Solena, LeSage, VecoPlan

In Illinois, Elevance Renewable Sciences announced that it has hired Robert “Bob” Kumpf as the company’s CTO. Prior to joining Elevance, Kumpf served as Chief Operating Officer at Plextronics and previously as Chief Administrative Officer at Bayer MaterialScience.

In Arizona, Heliae announced the promotion of Adrian Galvez to COO, Fred Tennant to VP of Business Development, and the addition of Len Smith as General Counsel and VP for the company.

In the UK, Solena Fuels Corporation announced that David K. Lyle has joined Solena as Vice President, Executive Project Director. Mr. Lyle formerly worked at WorleyParsons Project Consulting, ExxonMobil Development, Halliburton/KBR and Shaw/Stone & Webster.

In California, Jon LeSage, the Automotive Editor for Green Initiatives at Automotive Digest, has launched a consulting practice in the field of alternative fuel vehicles and clean transportation: LeSage Consulting.

In North Carolina, Jordon Schreiner has been promoted to Electrical Service Manager at Vecoplan LLC. Vecoplan is a worldwide leader in shredding machinery for recycling, and mechanical feedstock processing systems used in the production of alternative energy.
