Eco-Energy plans to invest $10 million ethanol blending center near Augusta

In Georgia, Eco-Energy Inc is set to invest $10 million to build an ethanol blending center near the Augusta regional airport. The company is planning to build a railroad spur from a nearby connection, one of the reasons that the site was chosen. The Tennessee-based company already has eight other facilities in Georgia and owns more than two dozen biofuel blending facilities across North America.
