RFA launches study showing economic benefits of ethanol

In Washington, the RFA has launched a new study that says the 13.3-billion gallons of ethanol produced in 2013 directly created 86,503 jobs while also indirectly supporting another 300,277 jobs. About $44 billion was added to the GBP was $30.7 billion went directly into the pockets of American families. All that was while displacing 476 million barrels of imported oil that avoided $48.2 billion to import that oil.
