China New Energy pulls out of BAPP Ethanol acquisition after due dilligence

In China, China New Energy has decided against acquiring BAPP Ethanol, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sino Distillery Group, after the due diligence process resulted in findings not conducive to the takeover. As a result of ending the due diligence process, the company’s shares have resumed trading. The MOU to take over BAPP Ethanol was announced in December.
