In Indonesia, the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry is preparing a new calculation for biodiesel prices that will come into effect in 2015 in an attempt to facilitate more diverse participation in the market. The move comes as a result of Pertamina’s failure to secure the 6.6 billion liters of biodiesel needed to reach B10 in 2014 and 2015 after the state-owned company’s pricing formula kept suppliers from offering bids.
