Oregon to hold public hearing on air quality permit for bio-refinery

In Oregon, state’s department of environmental quality will hold a public hearing regarding the air quality permit that Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery at Port Westward in Clatskanie is seeking in relation to storage and transportation of crude oil and ethanol.
