Biofuels Digest Index hits 32-month high of 84.23 as ethanol rally continues

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, rocketed up 4.14 percent to a 32-month high of 84.23 as ethanol equities continued to rally.  For the day, KiOR (KIOR) soared 46.39 percent to $0.83, while Amyris (AMRS) jetted northward 19.03 percent to $4.44. Among other equities, BioAmber (BIOA) surged 9.70 percent to $12.55. Overall, advances led declines 13 to 3 for the day.
