USDA doesn’t expect to use feedstock flexibility program before June

In Washington, the USDA currently has no plans to invoke the Feedstock Flexibility Program during the third quarter of fiscal 2014 that ends in June. The country currently has a 13.6% stocks-to-use ratio and prices are above support values, so the USDA isn’t currently expecting sugar producers to default on their CCC loans.
