In Ohio, Quasar Energy Group has collaborated with Clean Fuels Ohio to take their produced natural gas and turn it into compressed natural gas (CNG), a form of motor vehicle fuel. Quasar has expanded their capacity to make the equivalent of 25,000 galleons of fuel a day from these waste materials. Their recent collaboration with Clean Fuels Ohio, a Columbus based, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and encouraging the use of cleaner, domestic fuels and efficient vehicles, has allowed both groups to do amazing things for renewable energy in Ohio.
