Sierra Leone’s Addax Bioenergy Receives Full Sustainability Certification

In Sierra Leone, Addax Bioenergy Limited has received full certification under the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB) following an extensive audit in November 2013. The sustainability certification covers the sugarcane plantation, production plant, transportation to port in Freetown, as well as storage and shipping to customers. It also discredits any previous claims made by non-governmental organizations regarding Addax’s sustainability practices.
