CropEnergies to run in the red despite Ensus purchase

May 13, 2014 |

In Germany, biofuel producer CropEnergies may run up to a $41 million (EUR 30 million) deficit due to US biofuel imports and political deadlock in the EU. Despite owning one of Europe’s largest grain ethanol plants, CropEnergies earnings are down 79% year on year.
