Ethanol production rebounds to 925,000 bpd last week

In the US, ethanol production last week averaged 925,000 barrels per day, or 38.85 million gallons daily, which is up 3000 barrels per day from the week before. Stocks of ethanol stood at 17.0 million barrels. That is a 1.8% decrease from last week, with imports also declining to 11,000 barrels per day. Gasoline demand for the week averaged 385.3 million gallons daily; expressed as a percentage of daily gasoline demand, daily ethanol production was 10.08%.
