Brazil to boost biodiesel blend to 7% by November

In Brazil, the government has raised the biodiesel blend to 6% in July from the current 5% and to 7% by November. Boosting the blend to 7% will save Petrobras R$2.3 billion annually in diesel imports. Last year, diesel imports hit $8.3 billion, up 24% on the year.
